Yoga

I believe Yoga can benefit everyone.
Men, women and children and all postures can be modified to suit all, regardless of fitness levels, flexibility or age.
The hardest part is unrolling your mat.
There are many different styles of Yoga currently I mainly focus on two:

Ashtanga Yoga : which is based on “8 limbed yoga’

(1) moral and kindness
(2) personal practices/self purification
(3) postures asanas
(4) breath control pranayama
(5) turning inward
(6) concentration
(7) meditation and letting go
(8) harmony / pure bliss

Vinyāsa Yoga

Breath synchronised movement, where you smoothly flow from one exercise to the next.
