I believe Yoga can benefit everyone.
Men, women and children and all postures can be modified to suit all, regardless of fitness levels, flexibility or age.
The hardest part is unrolling your mat.
There are many different styles of Yoga currently I mainly focus on two:
Ashtanga Yoga : which is based on “8 limbed yoga’
(1) moral and kindness
(2) personal practices/self purification
(3) postures asanas
(4) breath control pranayama
(5) turning inward
(7) meditation and letting go
(8) harmony / pure bliss
Breath synchronised movement, where you smoothly flow from one exercise to the next.
Whatever your level or if you’ve never done any exercise before do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to know more.
My soul honours your soul.
Honour the place in you where the entire universe resides.
I honour the light, love, truth, beauty & peace within you.
Because it is also within me.
In sharing these things we are united.
We are the same, we are one.
“Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured”
– B.K.S. Iyengar
